Many individuals believe that the most effective way to advance in the sport of Mixed Martial Arts is through private instructions. Private lessons allow the instructor to concentrate their full attention on the individual student thus being able to progress through the curriculum at the individual student's pace. Many students prefer this type of instruction either as a stand alone training type or to complement their regular training classes.

Knowing how busy life is these days we offer personal training sessions in the convenience of your own residence (equipment will be provided). No more need to organize a babysitter or drive for miles to get to your workout. Or you can schedule your lessons in a well set up gym in either Easton, PA or Catasauqua, PA.

  • Personal Training for Weight Loss and Fitness
    Includes strengthening exercises and cardio training. Burn between 700 to 1000 calories/hour to get in the shape of your life.
  • Personal Training for Muay Thai Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts
    If you want to get ready for a serious full body workout or if you want to train to become a Martial Arts fighter this is the training you want to experience. Get extra personalized help with your striking, kicking and blocking skills.
  • Self Defense for Women

Instruction is always structured to ensure safety and enjoyment of the arts. Protective gear will be required for all Kickboxing or MMA classes.
